BPH launched Sandwell Metropolitan Council's ‘Time to Talk’ early start programme.

Aimed at parents, the programme was designed to encourage young children to talk, listen and interact; activities to help them get ready for their early school years.

BPH planned conferences, activities, produced advertising and printed brochures including a 'Time to Talk' parent pack.
